In exactly 4 week's we are going to the beach with my entire family. To get ready for this, Jorge and I , decided to do Bob Harper's Jumpstart to Skinny. I spent time this last week reading the book. Bob says that its not important to follow his exact meal plan, you can switch around the meals to have the one's you like. So Jorge and I sat down and circled the ones that seem the best for the first week. I spent a lot of time today going through the recipes and coming up with our grocery list for the first week. Tomorrow I'll spend time doing the shopping. I'm guessing I will have to go to at least two stores and hoping the bill won't be outrageous.
Our goals for this are:
1. To lose weight!!
2. Feel better
3. I'm hoping it will help me have clearer skin
4. To come out with a healthier approach to eating
5. TO FINISH!! We often start new things and quit within the first week. I'm hoping with an end goal, it will be easier to keep pushing through.
